Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum
Start Date: April 2025

The Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of your pupils. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning. Working closely with colleagues, you will foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages confidence and independent thinking.
• Establish strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support learning and well-being.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school initiatives.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
• Previous experience teaching KS2 is desirable, but teachers with experience in other key stages will be considered.
• A passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning experience.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and engage pupils.
