About the Role

As a KS1 teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping children build strong educational foundations. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons that promote curiosity and confidence, fostering a love for learning. Working closely with a collaborative team, you’ll contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver vibrant, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Establish a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student development.
• Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Participate in school life by contributing to extracurricular activities and supporting the school’s vision and values.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience: Previous experience teaching KS1 is preferred, but experience in EYFS or KS2 will also be considered.
• Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management abilities.
