About the Role:
As a Key Stage 1 teacher, you will play an integral role in shaping the academic journey of our young learners. You’ll deliver vibrant and interactive lessons that ignite curiosity, foster confidence, and inspire a love of learning. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Your Key Responsibilities as a KS1 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
• Assess and track students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Establish a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Build strong and positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of the students.
• Participate actively in school life, contributing to extracurricular activities and supporting the school’s ethos.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 is ideal, but applicants with EYFS or KS2 experience are welcome.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all students.
• Team player with a genuine passion for education and fostering young minds.
