Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to help inspire and guide children in their learning. 

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the classroom experience, from aiding teachers in lesson delivery to offering personalised support to students who need extra attention. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be central to fostering their academic success!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons, adjusting activities for diverse learning needs.
• Deliver pre planned lessons for PPA cover or other teacher absences.
• Provide 1:1 or small group support for students requiring additional assistance.
• Track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to boost confidence and growth.
• Support the teacher in managing the classroom to maintain a positive, focused learning environment.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where every child feels valued.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and success.
