Salary: £100 - £110 per day

Are you an experienced and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive school environment?

We are looking for a dedicated HLTA to join a school in Newton Abbot, where you will play a key role in enhancing students’ learning experiences. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is confident delivering lessons, providing targeted support to pupils, and contributing to the overall success of the classroom.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver and support engaging lessons, adapting activities to suit different learning needs.
• Provide small group and one-to-one support to help students reach their potential.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and encouragement.
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers to plan and implement engaging learning strategies.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
• Previous experience supporting students in a classroom environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
