About the Role:

This is a wonderful opportunity for an EYFS teacher who thrives in a creative and child-centred setting. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that promote curiosity, social development, and foundational learning. Working closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants, you will play a key role in providing a positive and inclusive learning experience for all pupils.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver exciting and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the EYFS curriculum.
  • Contribute to the wider school community, including staff meetings and training sessions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with EYFS experience (QTS or equivalent required).
  • A creative and child-focused approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for early years education and helping children thrive.
