Location: Paignton, Devon

Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum (depending on experience)

Start Date: January 2025

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children, helping them build essential skills in a nurturing and engaging environment. You will plan and deliver creative, interactive lessons that support personal, social, and academic development, ensuring each child feels supported and encouraged in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging Lessons: Deliver high-quality, interactive teaching tailored to the EYFS curriculum.
• Inclusive Learning: Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Student Development: Monitor progress using a variety of assessment tools and provide personalised support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with parents, carers, and teaching assistants to support children’s well-being and learning.
• School Involvement: Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities.
• Encouraging Growth: Foster curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with an EYFS specialism.
• Experience in EYFS teaching and delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• A passionate and child-centred approach to education.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to inclusion, ensuring every child has the support they need to succeed.
• A creative and engaging teaching style that inspires young learners.
