Job Title: Night Shift Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Plymouth Salary: £28,000 + 48% shift premiumShift Pattern: 3 nights on, 3 nights off (11 PM - 11 AM)
Your Role:As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating production machinery, covering breaks, and completing pallet release duties.
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
- Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
- Setting up manufacturing equipment to meet production standards.
- Monitoring in-process quality and resolving issues to prevent delays.
- Minimising downtime by effectively managing repairs and spare parts within budget.

About You:We're looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in a fast-paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or a time-served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in maintenance and fault finding.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality health care products.
