Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerLocation: Devon (Commutable from Exeter, Okehampton, Tiverton, Taunton, Barnstable, Cullompton)Shift Pattern: PanamaSalary: £47,000 - £52,000 + overtime at enhanced rateAbout the RoleWe are looking for electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineers to join a growing engineering team. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of our production and packaging lines in a 24/7 environment. This is a varied role where you'll work with both modern and legacy equipment, supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities.Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment. Diagnose and repair breakdowns to minimise downtime. Carry out reactive and planned maintenance activities. Ensuring planned maintenance schedule is followed. Conduct panel modifications and support site utilities. Drive efficiency improvements across the site.About You Have an electrical bias with a strong understanding of mechanical maintenance. Hold NVQ Level 3, an engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications.
