Key Responsibilities:
- Exam Management: Organize and oversee exams (GCSEs, BTECs, Functional Skills) following JCQ and awarding body regulations. Use EdGen to manage exam data and entries.
- Collaboration: Work with staff, SENCo, and exam boards to coordinate schedules, ensure access arrangements, and resolve queries.
- Communication: Create timetables, notify students of exam details, and liaise with external examiners and awarding bodies.
- On-the-Day Coordination: Set up exam rooms, oversee invigilation, and ensure smooth execution of exam days.
- Training & Admin: Train invigilation staff, manage secure storage, and handle invoicing and record-keeping.
What We’re Looking For:
- Familiarity with JCQ and awarding body regulations.
- Experience with EdGen (preferred) or similar exam management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- QTS is not required.
