£10,770 actual salary (16 hrs per week, Mon-Thurs 38 weeks per yr)
You will have experience of building and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders such as headteachers, senior leaders and the Trade Unions. You will have strong experience in managing a full range of casework including both straightforward and sometimes complex ER cases and risk mitigation. Education HR case experience is desirable.
You will have the ability to interpret case management data to draw out actionable insights that create value for the HR Team and the Trust.
You will be proactive in monitoring HR data and supporting schools to manage their HR cases efficiently. You will have input into HR policy reviews, prepare Board level reports and ensure that the Trust has a comprehensive set of standard documents to efficiently manage HR cases.

We have recently invested in our HR systems and a key part of this role will be to ensure that we maximise the opportunities of these systems to make us more efficient and provide a great HR service to our schools. You will play a key role in ensuring that we reduce workload for schools and that you will provide expert advice and support to schools to help them to do this.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient person to join our team; someone with a sense of passion and drive, to support the team in delivering an effective HR case advisory service across the Trust. You will need to be capable of working using your own initiative, the confidence to give your opinion and advice and be able to take on a busy workload.
