Team: Design Team, Brand & Marketing
Location: Homebased with occasional travel
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £36,649 per annum
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months

Responsibilities of our Designer:
- This role is responsible for delivering creative design concepts, effectively and consistently using the Cats Protection visual brand, and producing finished visual assets for all marketing channels with a particular focus on digital assets. Our Designers effectively manage projects, present work, actively contribute to meetings and share knowledge and design expertise
- Teamwork and collaboration are key responsibilities along with being client-focused to understand their needs and deliver great solutions.
About the Brand & Marketing team:
- We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate
- Our team is responsible for supporting Cats Protection’s organisational goals through enabling vital income generation activity, delivery of consistent cat welfare messaging and driving brand awareness and engagement with key audiences
- We currently have a team of 7
What we’re looking for in our Designer:
- Experience in a design role either in-house or in an agency
- Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design packages
- A competent level of IT literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident communicator who can support creative approaches in meetings and explain both creative and technical aspects of work
- Awareness of emerging technologies in relation to design
