Key Details:
Salary- £20,520/year (pro-rata £23,481 per annum FTE)
Job term- Permanent Contract, Term time only, 40 weeks per year
Hours- 37.5
Location- Multi-site, across Crediton, Tiverton, Exeter, and South Brent.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Literacy & Numeracy Intervention Assistant to deliver impactful, one-on-one and small-group sessions that spark curiosity and growth. Working closely with SEN learners, you’ll foster a positive and engaging environment, helping each student succeed both academically and personally.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Engage and Inspire: Plan and deliver tailored literacy and numeracy sessions that make learning enjoyable and accessible for SEN students.
- Innovate and Problem-Solve: Address learning barriers creatively, adapting interventions to each student’s needs.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with staff and families to provide a supportive, inclusive experience.
- Positive Behaviour Support: Foster an encouraging atmosphere, guiding students toward productive learning.
