Shift patterns: Monday- Friday (Start times between 05:00- 08:00AM)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Drivers Mate to play a vital role in our distribution service at Tradeteam, Exeter.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Accompany a driver to complete multi drop deliveries of alcohol to pubs, clubs and restaurants
- Maintain regular contact with the Transport team and advise of all problems preventing completion of delivery on time
- Support the driver with deliveries/ instructions/ POD usage
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- High levels of manual handling involved within the role- must be physically fit (50-120kgs being lifted multiple times a day)
- Ability to read, understand and follow directions/ instructions
- Previous practical experience as a Driver's Mate, within a logistics or similar environment (Desirable)
