What you’ll do
We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal Support Assistant (LSA) to join our busy Family department on a full time basis in our Exeter office. Responsibilities also include PA duties such as arranging travel and booking accommodation, dairy management and preparing expense claims.
Creating key contacts around firm, you will liaise with many support teams throughout the firm and also assist other LSAs and fee-earners as and when required.
Who you are
Ideally you will have some previous experience working within a professional services environment.
You'll be an enthusiastic, well-organised self-starter who enjoys working within a busy team and independently, and will demonstrate an ability to respond to the needs of the business, acting professionally and ethically to protect the confidentiality of the Firm and its people.
As a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels.
