Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Inspection Plans: Develop and implement inspection plans to define specifications for components and finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Testing & Measurement: Perform detailed testing and measurement of incoming components to verify compliance with specifications, using a variety of inspection tools and techniques.
- Calibration: Regularly calibrate measuring equipment and test variables to ensure accuracy during inspection processes.
- Report Writing: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the results of tests, observations, and any discrepancies in product quality, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation & Paperwork: Accurately fill out and maintain all necessary paperwork, ensuring proper documentation of inspections and quality control processes.
- Communication of Non-Conformance: Notify the department of any non-conformances identified and work closely with teams to correct these issues and prevent future defects.
- Supplier & Distributor Communication: Engage with suppliers and distributors to communicate potential quality problems and collaborate on solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Batch Release: Oversee the batch release of sterile medical devices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge about product specifications and quality standards with relevant team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and legal regulations related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Project Goals Assessment: Assess whether finished products meet the goals and standards set by the original project plans and specifications.
- Review of Engineering Diagrams: Read and interpret engineering diagrams to ensure that components and final products align with design requirements.
- First Article Inspections (FAI): Conduct First Article Inspections to validate the production process and ensure initial samples meet all requirements.
- Non-Conformance Analysis: Prepare detailed reports analyzing non-conformances, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Digital Records Management: Keep digital files and quality reports organized, accessible, and up to date for auditing and future reference.
- Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
