Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in providing tailored educational assistance to students with SEN.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Offer one-on-one support to enhance student confidence and independence.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
- Collaborate with staff to implement personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to diverse learning needs.
