We are excited to be advertising for a Senior Administrator, working 22.5 hours per week , predominately based at the John Parkes Unit, Torbay Hospital, to be part of the team providing business support for our community clinical teams - Physiotherapy, Infant & Early Years, and Speech and Language.

providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone queries in a timely and accurate way
booking of appointments
general administrative tasks
use of electronic systems
preparation of electronic and paper files
assisting with reporting and compilation of data
producing letters and reports
processing of incoming correspondence and referrals

CFHD provides integrated care and treatment for children and young people across physical and mental health which are provided by Torbay and South Devon Foundation Trust and Devon Partnership Trust.
We are working closely with other organisations and providers to ensure we deliver locality and county-wide based integrated access to all of our services, based on the i-Thrive Framework, in response to consultation with our service users and communities.
CFHD works closely with our local universities of Plymouth, Exeter & the Peninsula Medical School where we support students in clinical training placements and in addition support our own staff to undertake post graduate training.
Our integrated care and treatment has been developed and refined in partnership with children, young people and their families/carers.

Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues within the Organisation. In particular, work with managers and senior practitioners to ensure that statutory and other timescales for tasks are achieved
Ensure that high standards of customer service are provided by communicating effectively and appropriately with service users, colleagues, managers and a range of professionals from within and outside of the organisation
The post holder is required to use his or her personal judgement to escalate or refer issues to colleagues/managers within the guidelines provided by their line manager
Participate in service development projects/initiatives as requested by line manager
