We are currently seeking to recruit a person in the office of a small construction company for general office duties & accounts assistant.
The job opening would be varied work to include typing & sending quotes mainly for steel framed buildings which have been prepared by our Estimators, preparing Health & Safety files for some completed projects, ordering materials and other supplies for the company.
The role would also involve processing purchase delivery notes & invoices and raising invoices for the sales ledger.
Good IT skills essential, (experience in Sage line 50 would be an advantage) and to
provide cover for Sage payroll.
We are a small busy company who work as a team, fabricating & erecting steel frame buildings.
The position is full time based on 35 hours per week, The office is in a remote area so a car is essential
Salary will be dependent on experience

Pay: £21,840.00-£28,210.00 per year
