Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week. Term-Time only (39 weeks)
Rate of Pay: £12,785.18 to £15,735.60 (based on above hours)

We are seeking to appoint a Book-Keeper & Administrator who will be a part of our Central Team of staff. The role is based at our central office in Totnes, but will also have the flexibility of hybrid working, which can be discussed at interview.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, will actively champion the Trust’s values and maintain a professional attitude that is representative of Breakthrough Transformation Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Breakthrough’s team in Totnes. The Book-Keeper & Administrator will provide support to the Finance Manager in the administration of all aspects of the day-to-day Trust’s accounting responsibilities. The role will also include some HR and administrative duties.
We are seeking a candidate who is flexible, reliable and at times able to work independently using their own initiative.
