More about this role:
- Take overall responsibility for internal teams within the sales business, and deliver set growth targets.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team by setting weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the various department team managers to create and execute tactical initiatives in the service footprint by identifying areas of opportunity
- Coach and develop teams to ensure professional growth and success in their roles
- Ensure orders delivered by sales are in accordance with the company’s internal processes and ensure that orders handed off for installation contain all the required information to ensure a successful customer installation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise the delivery of sales.
- Establish a clear recruiting plan and funnel for salespeople to ensure the team’s growth is aligned to the business’ needs.
- Manage the commission and bonus plan for all teams.
You should apply if:
- Have a proven track record as a Sales/Customer Manager preferably within telecoms, utilities or energy sectors other areas considered
- Have the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are hands-on and able to get into the detail to maximise outputs from the defined areas
- Are highly digitally literate, experienced with modern digital sales and customer tools
- Are analytically minded, comfortable working with data to build plans
- Have the ability to lead multiple teams across multiple geographies
- Are proficient in electronic office skills, excel, word, ppt, and CRM knowledge
- Have a strong understanding of sales process and methodology
