Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, Regent House, Regent Close, TORQUAY, TQ2 7AN
Hours: 37.5 Hrs Per Week
Duration: 5 Weeks
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday hours between 07.45 to 17.00
Shifts Pattern: 07.45 to 17.00 or 07.45 to 16.30 or 08.15 to 17.00 (Weekend Availability)

What you’ll be responsible for:
Job Purpose
Onboarding Coordinator to support TUPE transfer of Bank members to the Trusts NHS Professionals Bank. Coordinators are responsible for carrying out initial Right to Work checks and assisting bank members in the transition to their new Bank systems.
Working in and around Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust you will play a crucial role in affecting the Trust Bank transfer.
Job Responsibilities:
· Hosting appointments to check and record workers right to work, proof of address and qualifications.
· Communicating with applicants via emails, inbound and outbound calls to arrange workers appointments for checks
· Resolving basic queries relating to workers documentation, systems access and working practices.
· Work as part of a team, contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery to workers.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Knowledge of onboarding, vetting, and screening processes (desirable)
· Excellent customer service
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Excellent organisational skills
· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
