About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Empty Homes Clearance and Cleaning Operative to ensure our properties are maintained to a high quality for re-let purposes, ensuring that a customer focused service is delivered.
This is a full time, permanent role, covering the South West specifically Exeter and will be working 39 hours per week Monday – Friday.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can
- Deal with damp and mould treatments in occupied properties.
- Working to assist the re-let of properties.
- Property clearance
- Garden clearance
- Basic ground maintenance.
- Assisting other members of the trades team as required
- Clean and clearance of empty homes
- Work in a customer focused environment within agreed performance targets.
- Work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours.

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence and onboarding checks.
