The Opportunity
As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be part of a highly skilled team focussed on monitoring end-to-end profitability, leading initiatives to optimise our ‘bottom line’ performance and implement/foster a data driven decision culture within Mid-Market.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will monitor performance and leading initiatives to improve end-to-end profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to steering Mid-Market decisions, both operational (‘at what margin should we renew this contract?’) and strategic (‘in which area or segment should we find further growth?’)
- Implement actions to optimise Mid-Market net profitability. These include but not limited to – setting up a margin policy, protect/optimize contract value after signature, NOC-price setting.
- Centralize reporting and dashboard needs within Mid-Market to ensure a ‘one single source of truth’ and support the implementation of a data driven decision culture. (e.g. commissions, target setting).
- Population of relevant KPIs which will help the ongoing management and direction of the I&C portfolio.
- Mapping of key risks & opportunities to Mid-Market against targets and suggestions for potential action plans for managing these risks.
- Responsible for building a forecasting process for Mid-Market in collaboration with Finance and Strategy & Performance teams.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone highly skilled in a range of data analysis and visualisation tools. You’ll have advanced MS Excel skills and also knowledge of Tableau or Power BI. SQL and Alteryx would be an advantage.
You’ll have strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across the business unit and present to senior stakeholders, a bias for action and a willingness to take ownership and be accountable for the delivery of your objectives.
