Cashier required for a busy Insolvency department
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm & Friday 9am - 2pm
- Flexibility to reduce daily hours if required
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel.
Duties to include:
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of daily cheques / BACS and other electronic receipts received
- Update the computerised ledger on a daily basis
- Accurately allocate payments to sales invoices
- Reconciling cheques and BACS payments and processing any refunds
- Reconciling bank accounts
- You will also be responsible for preparing dailybanking, preparing invoice analysis, and dealing with all cashier documents and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational skills and work ethic
- Work effectively under pressure & meet deadlines
Full-time but part time can be considered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
