Job Title: Part-Time Viewings Agent (Saturdays)
Location: Crediton, Devon
We're seeking a Viewings Person to work Saturdays. This role involves conducting property viewings, managing appointments, and delivering high-quality customer service in the Mid Devon area. We provide you with an electric car to drive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings for a range of properties.
- Manage your schedule to ensure punctuality.
- Provide detailed feedback to both clients and the sales team.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be 25+ (for vehicle insurance).
- Full driving licence.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A very good knowledge of the Crediton and Mid Devon areas.
Working Hours: Saturdays during office hours.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
