Job Opportunity: Sales Coordinator at an Industry Leading Doors and Windows Company
We are a high-end door and window supplier, specializing in luxury products for discerning clients. As an approved partner of Crittall, we offer exceptional steel and aluminium windows for prestigious projects, both residential and commercial, across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a detail-orientated and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will not only be responsible for processing orders but also preparing and sending accurate quotations for our clients. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team, providing top-tier customer service and ensuring every project starts smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send accurate quotations for potential clients, ensuring all specifications are correct and clearly communicated
- Process orders for steel and/or aluminium windows using Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Review and work with construction/architectural drawings and plans to understand client needs and specifications
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from customers and suppliers in a professional, timely manner
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of quotations and order processing
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth project execution and follow-up with clients as needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sales is desirable
- Familiarity with the window and door industry or construction/architectural drawings is a plus
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when preparing quotations and processing orders
- Numerate and able to work with complex product specifications and pricing
