About Honiton Leisure Centre
At Honiton Leisure Centre, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic team dedicated to promoting health and fitness. Our versatile
facility features a 25-metre pool, a large gym, courts for badminton and squash, a dance studio, five-a-side football, and an
outdoor tennis court. We offer a range of exercise classes designed to meet diverse fitness levels and interests. By joining our
team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact while enjoying the flexibility and growth opportunities LED Group

What We Need from You:
* Qualifications: A nationally recognised Level 2 Trampoline Qualification is essential.
* Commitment to Safety: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
* Communication Skills: Deliver exceptional customer care and engage effectively with participants of all ages.
* Proactive Attitude: Maintain high standards of coaching and continuously seek improvement.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable managing class registers and using electronic devices.
What You Will Bring:
* Expertise: Solid experience in delivering a Trampoline Coaching program, with a strong understanding of related health and
safety legislation.
* Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain composed and handle emergencies confidently.
* Motivation: A natural ability to inspire and motivate participants.
* Experience (Preferred): A First Aid qualification is desirable.
