Your Role:
Create and Organise Activities: Design and lead a variety of activities that stimulate the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.
Support Wellbeing: Work alongside our care staff to encourage participation, offer one-to-one support, and help maintain daily living skills for those who need it most.
Build Connections: Get to know each resident, what matters to them, and what brings them joy. Document and share these moments, ensuring the best personalised care possible.
Every day will bring new challenges, but you’ll leave knowing that you’ve made a real difference in someone’s life.
