We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Devon. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract Position: Estates Officer (part time or full time)Location: DevonPay rate: £27 to £33 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major and minor capital works on hospital sites
- Design capital works in line with HTMs and maintain drawings on MICAD
- Deliver capital projects to reduce backlog for health and safety and estates
- Value for money for capital programme
- Lead building, mechanical and electrical services and manage contractors
- Coordinate with Authorised Persons, Head of Estates and Health & Safety Manager
- Work with capital projects team and the wider estates department
