Role Overview:
Our client are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Your work will be critical in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets and in positioning as a leader in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and emerging markets. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of the market.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Ensure exceptional service delivery that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Leverage your network and business acumen to drive sales and grow our client base.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies. Contribute to business planning processes, including setting financial targets and forecasting.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, project management, and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Brand Ambassador: Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values of innovation, quality, and diversity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the construction or a related industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry, including market dynamics, key players, and industry regulations.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Job offer will be working via TQR for an interim probationary period for approximately 4 weeks before being made permanent.
