Purpose of the job

To provide a specialist appointee service for people with learning disabilities, which will support, represent and advocate according to individual need for issues related to personal finance, benefits, debts and living expenses.

Main Duties

Provide Administrative support to the Service
First point of contact to customers visiting the service.
Pay cash to customers and ensure appropriate financial records are completed.
Ensure sufficient funds remain in accounts for the paying of bills etc.
Ensure petty cash balanced by the end of your working day.
Ensure Appointees are accurately informed of required bank transfers and payments.
Assist clients to manage their finances appropriately and live within their means.
Answer telephone queries.
Any other duties required by your manager commensurate with the role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10,998.00 per year
