Location: Remote / Hybrid (Totnes-based candidates preferred)
Hours: 8 hours per week (flexible)

Duration: Initial 12-month contract
Rate: £22 per hour (self-employed/freelance contract)

As we grow, we need some structured support to keep things on track.

The Role

This role involves supporting a creative, high-energy Founder/CEO by helping to prioritise tasks, manage admin, and streamline communications. As someone with ADHD, the CEO benefits from structured support to stay focused on organisational goals while ensuring that key operational details are managed effectively.

Your work will include basic weekly admin, social media and communication support, helping create organisation and simple systems that allow the CEO to focus on delivering our key mission.

Ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative work and supporting purpose-driven businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sending and paying invoices
Support with keeping key documents organized and accessible.
Support with scheduling social media updates, keeping online listings and business information up to date.
Support CEO with prioritising workload for week.
Manage customer inquiries and forward to relevant team member for action

Essential Criteria

· Highly organised & proactive – able to create structure and keep things on track.

· Understanding of ADHD – comfortable helping with prioritisation, organisation, and follow-through in a way that keeps tasks on track.

· Strong admin skills – comfortable using MS Office/Google software to complete admin tasks.

· Digital communication skills – confident using email and social media for communicating with customers.

· Adaptable & solutions-focused – able to work flexibly and problem-solve.

Desirable Criteria

· Experience of using project management tools.

· Experience of using Xero.

· Experience of Google Workspace.

· Experience in a social enterprise or nonprofit.
