As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on styles and products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices.
Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, and barbering techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continually improve skills through training and development.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
