Credit Controller – Exeter – Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

💰 Salary: £25,000 per annum⏳ Contract: Fixed-term (approx. 12 months)📍 Location: Exeter (Hybrid Working)

We’re on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join a proactive and friendly finance team. You’ll be working in a busy and varied role, managing the collection and processing of client payments while ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Proactively collecting and processing client payments.✔ Supporting colleagues and clients with correct processes to ensure prompt bill payments.✔ Liaising with the Debt Recovery Team to ensure compliance.✔ Managing and resolving credit control queries efficiently.

💡 Previous credit control experience.💡 Strong interpersonal and client care skills.💡 Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.💡 Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.💡 A team player with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
