We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to a high standard, providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety protocols. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to drive to various locations as needed.

Duties

Clean windows using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish.
Ensure the safety of yourself and others while working at heights or in challenging environments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.
Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or needs for replacement.
Uphold company standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficient in English with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new techniques and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
