Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team on adoc basis in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at our facilities on building sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean and orderly environment for staff and visitors, successful candidate will be required to travel across our sites, Exeter, Newton Abbot and Paignton with travelling time paid!

Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitise and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and facilities
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
- Notify management of any repairs needed

- Detape floors and windows

Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not eliminatory
- Ability to provide excellent standards
- Driving license and own transport is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English

- CSCS card preferable but not mandatory

- Payroll or self employed

- Right to work in the UK, self employed MUST HAVE THEIR UTR READY
