We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure administrative processes are streamlined and effective.

Skills

Proficient in clerical tasks with strong organisational abilities.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
Competent in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.
Excellent typing skills with the ability to produce documents swiftly.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
