Main Purpose of the Post

The main purpose of the post is to take responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the customer journey, from acquisition to retention to graduation, whilst working alongside a team to ensure excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

Other requirements

- Be able to be flexible and prepared to work weekends when required (we like to meet and greet our new baby beginner classes)

- Driving licence (essential)

- Experience of working with Customer Relationship Management Systems

Our office is based in Exeter, Devon (Winslade Park) and this is an office-based role.

Happy to discuss how the 25 hours are worked across the week (minimum of three days per week).
