Due to the continued growth of J&R Food Service Ltd we now have the exciting opportunity to recruit an additional member of staff to our Customer Service Team. The primary purpose of the role is to increase sales of our company products to business in the South of England.

Duties:

Incoming/outgoing calls from and to existing customers and new customers.
Processing customers orders by either phone, Email or our App.
Assisting with customers any queries.
Promoting products to increase sales.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Experience of telephone sales would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
An understanding of the food industry or have work in a similar environment would be an advantage. But not essential

Key requirements:

Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Enthusiastic, hard working and self motivated with drive and commitment.
Computer literate.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday: 08:30/11:00 to 16:30/19:00.
Saturdays fortnightly with a day off during the week and start time of 08:30 - 15:30
