Aquam Water Services Ltd is a UVDB accredited supplier of licensed standpipes for most of the UK water utilities. We supply and deliver the correct, legally compliant water standpipes to any authorised user of the network.

Purpose

To provide standpipe hire functions including deliveries/collections and exchanges, standpipe/GPRS maintenance activities and administrative services for the water company operations in a timely manner adhering to all Company procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

· Carry out day-to-day depot operational activities such as customer liaison, answering phones/emails etc

· Carry out depot administrative duties and maintain systems of work

· Process standpipe applications for new hires

· Respond to all customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

· Conduct standpipe testing, maintenance and investigation work

· Conduct standpipe deliveries/collections and exchanges – van provided

· Conduct GPRS maintenance activities including unit fitment/removals and exchanges

· Liaise with customers to organise standpipe collections/deliveries and GPRS exchanges

· Plan routes to ensure optimisation of time and costs

· Attend customer sites adhering to all HS&E requirements

Other technical duties as appropriate

Other Duties

From time-to-time there may be a requirement to assist with additional duties that aid in the smooth running of the depot.

Requirements

Polite and friendly manner

Full, clean driving licence

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
