Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various styling techniques, including barbering and men’s styling while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for clients and ensuring they leave feeling their best. This position also offers opportunities for mentoring junior staff and contributing to store management.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver outstanding Customer service and care.
Upsell products and services to enhance the overall client experience and promote store growth.
Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Mentor junior stylists, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional development.
Participate in store management activities, contributing to a positive team environment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Stylist or in a similar role within the industry.
Proficiency in barbering techniques and hair styling methods.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with front desk and computer operations is an advantage.
A passion for the hair industry and a commitment to continuous learning, training opportunities and improvement.
