Job Overview
I'm looking for a barber to join us on a self-employed basis, with very competitive rates of comission or rent if that's preferred. It's a chilled shop, a nice town where we have an excellent reputation and the two existing barbers (myself and one other) are fully booked for weeks at a time, so we need someone to start building their clientele and taking the extra demand.

We are a casual shop, we value balance, and view this as a fairly relaxed place to earn money and have a good time. You can build your own schedule and work to suit your lifestyle.

We run appointments through Booksy, but walk-in is optional, though we're not right on the high street.

Please don't hesitate to reach out and we can have a sit down, as I'd rather chat in person and potentially arrange trial days etc.

Responsibilities

Cut and style hair and beards to the requirements of the clients
Clean up after yourself
Maintain good personal hygiene
Wear what you like, but actively make an effort with your chosen style. E.g suits, tracksuit, casual, makes no difference, as long as it's clean and intentional.

Requirements

Qualified with at least 2 years experience on the shop floor, with cuts and beards.
Worked in a barbershop within last 5 years.
Pubic liability insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £100.00-£700.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 – 48 per week
