What We Offer:

- Salary is £13.50ph - £18 ph experience dependent.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client

Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty

Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge

Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand

Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

We're Looking for Someone Who Can:

Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles

Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles

Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients

Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
