Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As a Front of House Staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards and restaurant protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and waiting areas.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including drinks and specials.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
Bartending skills are advantageous but not essential; willingness to learn is key.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and food preparation techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player who is flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Pay: £7.98-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
