Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment's daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kitchen management, culinary arts, and team leadership. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food production, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
Oversee kitchen activities to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations.
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service while fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menu items that reflect culinary trends and customer preferences.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Implement training programmes for new hires in areas such as bartending, food production, and customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant premises in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food preparation standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
