Be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, from attending events to guiding candidates through a seamless journey from application to onboarding.

What you'll be doing day to day

Assist with sourcing, screening, and speaking to candidates
Help organise and attend recruitment events throughout the South West Region to promote trainee accountant roles
Oversee virtual and in-person assessment centres within our office locations
Act as the primary contact for early career candidates
Manage job advertisements across relevant platforms
Provide recruitment data to analyse trends and measure campaign effectiveness
Ensure a smooth execution of work experience programmes
Undertake projects to improve recruitment processes

About you

Educated to a minimum of A level (or equivalent), with GCSE grades 4/C or above in English and Maths
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships
Meticulous attention to detail
Capable of organising and prioritising workload effectively
Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
Confident in using Microsoft packages; experience with HR software or ATS is a plus
Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing recruitment needs
