Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at a vibrant restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Mix and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
Maintain a clean and organised bar area
Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
Take customer orders and process payments
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Requirements

Proficiency in bartending techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong time management skills
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is advantageous
Basic maths skills for handling transactions
Willingness to help colleagues when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.47 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
