We are looking for a cleaner to clean welfare cabins for construction workers, which is based near Exeter College (not cleaning the school itself).

The cabins will consist of an office unit; a meeting room; a canteen; toilets and a drying room and will require a clean on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Working hours will be between 8:00am - 11:00am, although these times may be adjusted if needed.

Interviews will take place as soon as possible.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise restrooms and break rooms
- Empty rubbish and replace rubbish bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and high-traffic areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Skills
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 55 weeks

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
