Job Overview
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant cafe team. As a crucial part of our front of house operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

Duties
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the whole clubhouse

- Assist with social media platforms

Skills

- Able to use barista coffee machine, basic training provided

- Creative with ideas for improving our service
- Experience in the culinary or restaurant industry is advantageous
- Knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 45 per week
